Mazghouny & Co advises Engazaat on its agreement for the supply of 7MW of solar power to Jushi in SCZone

Mazghouny & Co has advised Egyptian-based integrated independent power and water producer Engazaat, in a consortium with Chint Global, on the review of its Power Purchase Agreement for the supply of 7MW of solar PV power to world-leading fiberglass manufacturer Jushi to power Jushi Egypt for Fiberglass Industry’s factory in Ain Sokhna, in the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone).

The agreement was signed on 06 December 2023, during COP28 in Dubai (UAE), in the presence of HE Mr Waleid Gamal El-Dien, SCZone chairman.
