Nabil is a senior counsel with Mazghouny & Co. Prior to being associated with the firm, Nabil was a senior partner with a tier 1 law firm in Cairo where he led the corporate and M&As team for over 25 years.

With more than 35 years of experience in the legal field in Egypt, he specialises in general corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, free zones and economic zones projects, shareholders’ disputes, and commercial and tax laws. He regularly advises leading multinational companies on executing large cross-border transactions, and regional and local clients on corporate and commercial matters. His experience also covers divestures, creating and vetting corporate structures, and restructurings, as well as perfecting corporate governance and best practices for multinational operations in the various industries he was exposed to, including automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and tourism sectors among others.

He was recognised by Legal500 as an “outstanding practitioner” in Commercial, Corporate and M&A.

Nabil received an LL.B. from Ain Shams University.
