Mohamed is an associate with Mazghouny & Co. He is a commercial lawyer with over six years’ experience advising on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, governance matters and complex commercial arrangements across Egypt. His experience includes drafting transaction documents, as well as supporting due diligence, deal structuring and cross-border investments.
He also has experience in commercial, maritime and employment-related disputes, including acting on high-value shipping matters and representing clients before Egyptian courts and other authorities. His practice is complemented by a growing focus on technology, media and telecommunications, data protection and digital business regulation.
Mohamed holds an LL.B. (English department) and an LL.M. from the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University. He is also a CIPP/E-certified privacy professional and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Technology, Media and Telecommunications at Queen Mary University of London.
