Mohamed is an associate with Mazghouny & Co. He is a commercial lawyer with experience advising on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, governance matters and complex commercial arrangements across Egypt. His experience includes drafting transaction documents, as well as supporting due diligence, deal structuring and cross-border investments.

He also has experience in commercial, maritime and employment-related disputes, including acting on high-value shipping matters and representing clients before Egyptian courts and other authorities. His practice is complemented by a growing focus on technology, media and telecommunications, data protection and digital business regulation.

Mohamed has been admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He holds an LL.B. (English Department) and an LL.M. from the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University. He is also a CIPP/E-certified privacy professional and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Technology, Media and Telecommunications at Queen Mary University of London.
