Mohamed is a mid-level associate with Mazghouny & Co. Since joining the firm, he has focused on construction and real estate matters, including contracts and registration, title searches, and due diligence. He also represents clients before the different courts in business litigation.

Mohamed’s experience also includes assisting clients with corporate matters, including organising board and shareholders’ meetings, drafting minutes, and handling general corporate work, as well as with labour and regulatory matters, and conducting legal research on various legal matters.

Mohamed holds an LL.B. from Azhar University (Zagazig), as well as a Diploma in Public Law from Mansoura University.
