Malak is a junior associate with Mazghouny & Co. She advises on corporate and finance mandates with a focus on M&A, private equity/venture capital, and regulatory-driven transactions. Her experience spans due diligence, incorporations under FRA and GAFI, corporate governance for boards and shareholders, and the drafting/negotiation of commercial and corporate contracts. On financing workstreams, she has contributed to the structuring and documentation of syndicated and medium-term loans and supported closing deliverables, covering transactions in the multi-billion-Egyptian-pound range and portfolio debt deals for VC investors.

She holds an LL.B. from the German University in Cairo and works across companies, capital markets and FRA regulations with strong research and drafting skills.

Prior to private practice, Malak completed in-house internships in pharmaceuticals and distribution, adding practical exposure to operational compliance.
