Khadiga is a mid-level associate with Mazghouny & Co. She has experience working on several transactions, including multi-million USD acquisitions, and participating in several legal due diligence exercises and financing transactions mainly concerning companies working in the energy and power, manufacturing and services fields. Her experience includes advising clients on the most appropriate scheme to be used when investing in Egypt, and accompanying them through the process of setting up and managing their investment in the country.
She regularly handles corporate and commercial matters, such as drafting and reviewing agreements and advising local and international clients on corporate resolutions for local matters, shareholders and share purchase agreements, commercial contracts, loan and finance agreements, including all types of local security, and project documents. She regularly assists clients working in the renewable energy field, acting as EPC and O&M contractors, power producers and distributors, and governmental entities with drafting and reviewing their commercial agreements, including power purchase agreements and EPC and O&M agreements.
Khadiga has obtained a double LL.B. from Cairo University and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University (IDAI). She also received an LL.M. in International and European Business Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
