Ahmed is a junior associate with Mazghouny & Co. He has experience in corporate transactional work, where he assists in legal due diligence exercises and participates in reports and agreements drafting. His work includes the review of and drafting support for credit facility agreements, power purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, and employment contracts. As a core part of his role, Ahmed also handles general corporate work and assists with incorporations, capital increases, shareholding and management restructurings, and the review of commercial agreements. He focuses on projects in energy and mineral resources, particularly in the fields of renewables and power infrastructure. Prior to joining the firm, Ahmed interned in several top-tier law firms and banks in Egypt.
Ahmed has obtained an LL.B. from Cairo University, English Section, and a LL.M. in Private Law and International Trade Law from Ain Shams University.
