Construction and Real Estate

Real estate is one of the most valuable components of any project. Our team have spent years advising on the acquisition, investment, and disposal of real estate throughout Egypt.

As a boutique firm, we advise multinational corporations, funds, private investors, financiers and governmental/public sector bodies on all construction and real estate matters related to Egyptian-based projects and properties. Clients also benefit from our wealth of local contacts, including developers, financiers, and construction specialists.

You can rely on our expertise in the often complex Egyptian property market. We provide pragmatic, tax-efficient advice, ensuring legal compliance responsibilities are balanced with commercial reality.

We work on the ground, negotiating with sellers and lenders, conducting thorough due diligence and title searches, and maximising investment protection.

Our clients enjoy the confidence that comes with receiving an insightful perspective on the Egyptian real estate market. Our understanding of government and market policy as well as construction regulations will help you future-proof your acquisition and investment or your project.

As a young, commercially astute team, focusing exclusively on energy and power, other utilities and infrastructure projects, and the financing, corporate law, construction, and real estate matters supporting these ventures, we invest in technology to achieve timely and cost-effective results. We act as a business partner rather than simply a legal service provider. This ensures we channel our teams’ talents to provide you with exceptional counsel on the legal aspects of your business and project.
