Yasmina is an associate with Mazghouny & Co. She has experience in corporate transactional work including M&A and international joint ventures in the energy and infrastructure sector where she has assisted in legal due diligence exercises, participated in report and agreements drafting. As a core part of her role, she also handles general corporate work and assists with capital increases, loan capitalisations, shareholding and management restructurings, transfers of shares; the review of loan agreements, all types of finance documents, commercial contracts, and project documents. She also has research experience in connection with various legal matters, including concession agreements, corporate, banking, labour laws, laws regulating the oil and gas and mining sector, tax laws and intellectual property laws. Her diverse experience allows her to efficiently advise high profile clients both domestically and internationally when investing in Egypt, setting up companies and complying with all the regulatory requirements applicable to their sector of work.

Yasmina holds an LL.B. from Queen Mary University of London (UK), and a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from the American University in Cairo. She is currently in the process of qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales.
